DESCRIPTION:*GARAGE LOTTERY* - For 2016\, garages will be assigned using 
 a lottery system. \n Each garage lottery entry will cost the equivalent 
 to a 2016 SCCA Runoffs event entry ($775). Upon check out\, your credit/
 debit card will be charged for each event entry product in your cart (No
 te: This does not register you for the event\, it only purchases a coupo
 n code redeemable for an entry.) Within 7-10 days you will receive an em
 ail with a product coupon code for one (1) Runoffs entry fee for use dur
 ing online registration\, opening July 20th at 9 am CDT. You will be ent
 ered into the lottery one time for each paid event entry.  The garage lo
 ttery will close on July 6th. Everyone who has paid for their product co
 upon code and registered for a garage will be entered into the lottery. 
 Names will be randomly selected as the garage recipients until the 28 sp
 aces are filled. The renaming names will be drawn randomly to create the
  wait-list order. The selected recipients will be notified by July 13th.
  The garage reservation(s) will be added to your shopping cart on SCCA.c
 om and you will have 24 hours to complete the payment of $1\,500 per gar
 age. Garages remaining in carts after 24 hours will be offered to the ne
 xt individual on the wait-list. Each garage must have at least one quali
 fied registered driver assigned to it. Wait-listed individuals with an o
 pportunity to secure a garage will be notified for confirmation. \nCance
 llation &amp\; Refunds: This entry fee is not subject to the cancellatio
 n and refund policy stated in the 2016 event supplemental regulations. T
 he event entry product may be canceled if the product coupon code has no
 t been redeemed\, however a 50% cancellation fee will apply. Once a gara
 ge has been purchased\, they are non-transferrable. If you do not meet t
 he eligibility requirements and do not qualify for the 2016 Runoffs your
  event entry and garage fee will be refunded in full. If you need to can
 cel your garage for any reason\, please do so in writing to the SCCA Clu
 b Racing Department at runoffs@scca.com. A cancellation fee may apply\, 
 please see the 2016 SCCA Runoffs Supplemental Regulations for details. G
 arages that are cancelled will be returned to SCCA and offered to the ne
 xt person on the wait-list. Any garages that are not assigned/rented whe
 n general registration opens on July 20th will be included as available 
 spots in the parking reservation system.
