CLOTHING: Drivers are required to wear the minimum clothing outlined in the SCCA T ime Trials Rules or as required in the specific track rules for their ca r and class. PACED LAPS:Paced Laps a re intended for Novice Drivers and Drivers who have never seen the track . No tire scrubbing in the pit lane prior t o entering the course.\nF.IMPOUND:Drivers will report to impound for pos t-session debriefs immediately following each session.\nG. EVENT SCHEDULE:Actual session start times may be dela yed from the published schedule due to unforeseen circumstances during t he event. DRIVER ELIGIBILITY:The e vent is open to all drivers with a valid state driver's license and a fu ll membership to the SCCA.  If you don't have a membership you can join when you register.\nB. TIME TRIALS LICENSES:It will help if you have one \, but it's OK if you don't. Event officials will work with you to make sure you get one fitting your experience level at the event. DECALS:All cars must have Tire Rack SCCA Time Trials National Tour decals and any required partner dec als visibly placed on each side of the vehicle and a Tire Rack windshiel d banner at the top of the front windshield. TECHNICAL INSP ECTION:All vehicles must be presented at tech to turn intech formsand pa ss the event safety inspection (Tech) if required prior to any on-course participation. Tech may also check event sponsor decal requirements and verify compliance of Vehicle Identification. Competitors are cautioned that vehicle/identification color combinations such as red/black\, red/b lue\, and white/silver do not have adequate contrast.\nD.TIMING &\; S CORING:All cars are required to use fully operational Westhold\, MyLaps/ AMB TranX260 or X2 transponders. The driver is responsible for providing correct information to Timing &\; Scoring. Non-functioning transpond ers will likely result in the loss of times.\nE. RENTAL TRANSPONDERS:Ren tal transponders are available through registration.\n\n\nNCM TRACK INFO \n\n\n\nGENERAL INFORMATION\nA. GATE HOURS:The gate will be open 24-hour s from Friday May 17th at 4:00PM until Sunday May 19th at 6:00PM. Partic ipants arriving after-hours will need to come to check-in to sign the SC CA waiver during check-in hours.  \nB. WAIVERS:All persons entering NCM Motorsports Park (MSP) are required to sign appropriate MSP Release and Waiver of Liability and Indemnity Agreement Forms. THERE ARE NO EXCEPTIO NS.\nC. QUIET HOURS:Quiet hours for the entire facility are from 6:00 p. m. to 8:00 a.m. This includes all lodging and camping areas. NCMMSP does ask that all guests be considerate of others and not play loud music. A ny music that is determined to be a nuisance by security must be turned down or off. No loud engines may be run before 8:00 a.m. or after 6:00 p .m.  Un-muffled engines are prohibited. \nD. CAMPING:Camping will be all owed during event evenings. Camping is forbidden in any of NCMMSP’s buil dings or under the False Grid. Participants may rent an RV site for $75. 00 per night\, per site. COOKING AND CAMPFIRES:Fires must be con tained in a portable and self-contained fire pit off the ground. Campers must bring their own firewood\; use of NCMMSP Property as firewood is p rohibited. Campfires/Ground fires are strictly prohibited. Individual co oking is allowed on a gas stove or on a grill in the paddock and at camp sites.\nF. PADDOCK:Paddock space is available to all participants on a first-come\, first-serve basis provided you do not block the main paddoc k roads\, pit entrance\, pit exit areas\, concession\, tower or other sp ecially marked areas. The space immediately in front of the garage is re served for the tow vehicle of the garage renter.  Guests and participant s will be admitted to the paddock but not to the False Grid or Pits with out proper licensing from the SCCA National Office.\nG. SHOWERS:More inf ormation coming.\nH. FUEL: NCMMSP has an exclusive relationship with Mob il and VP Racing Fuel. Participants may not bring more than 20 gallons o f fuel in acceptable containers. Participants may not bring 55-gallon dr ums or other fuel containers on the NCMMSP Property unless they are empt y and used at the Property for filling with fuel purchased at NCMMSP. Cr edits cards are the only form of payment accepted at the fuel pumps. NCM MSP will not enforce any restrictions against fuel grades we do not carr y. The following fuel octanes are available for credit card purchase onl y: 87\, 93\,100\, 110 leaded\, and diesel. 110 leaded is ethanol-free (f or off-road and racing applications only).\nI. GARAGE RENTAL:Nine 17’ X 25’ garages are available to rent for $150.00/day.  No refueling of vehi cles is permitted within the garage walls.  Reservations are highly reco mmended.  For reservations\,please click here. \nNCMMSP requests that al l Participants\, Spectators and guests obey all posted “No Parking” sign s\; do not block gates\, garage doors or roadways at any time. If the Sk id Pad entrance road is blocked with cones\, it is not available for pub lic parking. NCMMSP reserves the right to ask any vehicle owner in viola tion to move their vehicle or it will be towed at the owner’s expense.\n J. COMMUNICATIONS:Paddock announcements may be made via Text\, PA system and/or by FM radio transmission. The FM frequency will be posted at Tec h and announced during the driver’s meeting.\nK. PETS: NCMMSP discourage s bringing pets to the track. However\, pets will be allowed if they are leashed and cleaned up behind. Otherwise\, NCMMSP will locate the owner \, and both will be asked to leave. Do not take leashed pets onto False Grid or pit areas. Pets are also not allowed in any of NCMMSP’s building s or concession areas.\nL. CHILDREN and MINORS:Children under 18 years o f age must be closely supervised by a responsible adult.  A special Mino r Waiver shall be completed for all minor Participants.  No children und er 12 years of age or under 4’6” tall may participate in track activitie s.\nM. WASTE FLUIDS:The use of the waste drums is mandatory for used oil \, antifreeze\, brake fluid\, and other polluting material. Spillage wil l not be tolerated and may result in ejection from the facility. Environ mental debris left behind may result in fines. All spills must be treate d immediately on occurrence. Notify track management or event officials immediately of all spills. \nN. FIRE EXTINGUISHERS:Each competitor must have at least one (1) portable dry chemical fire extinguisher with a rat ing of at least 12BC available and in good working condition in the comp etitor’s pit and/or paddock area.\nO. TRACK WALKS:When the track is “col d\,” participants may walk the track. Bicycles may be taken on track wit h permission from General Manager or Track Operations Manager\, and only when track is cold. \nP. ALCOHOLIC BEVERAGES:No consumption of alcoholi c beverages is allowed until after the last timed session of the day is complete.\n \nTRACK RULES\nA. CLOTHING: NCM requires SA 2010 or newer he lmets for all drivers. Drivers are required to wear clothing minimums ou tlined in the SCCA Time Trials Rules for specific cars and classes. Crew members on pit lane must display their event credentials at all times w hile on pit lane. \nB.EVENTS CENTER:Access to the NCM Motorsports Park H olley Control Tower &\; Events Center area is available strictly for the exclusive use of its members and their guests. Access to this facili ty is restricted and NCMMSP reserves the right to restrict access and to charge appropriate access fees.\nC. SOUND LIMITS: NCM has a hard sound limit of 103 dBA measured 50' from the track. This sound limit is strict ly enforced.\nD. PAVILION:Parking is strictly prohibited in the Pavilion . Camping and Vehicle Maintenance are not allowed in the False Grid or P avilion at any time.\nE. PROPERTY DAMAGE:Anyone who causes damage to NCM MSP property\, including equipment\, buildings\, vehicles\, fences\, saf ety systems\, grass and landscaped areas will be held responsible for al l costs relating to replacement or repair.\nF. FENCES:Fences and areas b ehind spectator fences are off limits to the public. At no time is anyon e authorized to climb a fence or bypass a gate.\nG. FIREWORKS / FIREARMS :Fireworks\, weapons or firearms of any kind are strictly prohibited any where on NCMMSP premises.\nH. TRASH:Trash receptacles are readily availa ble throughout the facility. These can be easily identified as they are wrapped in “checkered flag” patterned plastic. Do not place any petroleu m products or waste fluids in trash containers\, or leave behind such it ems as used tires\, batteries\, fuel barrels\, etc.\nI. SURFACES\, BUILD INGS and FENCES:Do not make any holes in any asphalt surface. Tents and canopies must be held down by weights as no tent pegs of any kind are al lowed.  Flat bocks or wood squares should be used to absorb weight benea th any equipment that may cause damage to the surface\, such as trailer legs\, jack stands\, and kart stands. If you must jack a vehicle on asph alt\, you must have metal or wood under the jack and jack stands. No una uthorized notices of any kind may be posted\, taped\, painted or written on any NCMMSP surface\, building\, facility\, equipment or structure. P addock notice boards will be provided for such notices\, which shall inc lude notices posted by participants offering equipment\, vehicles\, etc. for sale. Such notices will be removed at the end of each event.\nJ. TE NTS/CANOPIES:Do not place any Tent or Canopy within 50 feet of any fence in a spectator area unless a specific spectator area has been roped off . In this case\, canopies or “EZ-Ups” can be placed anywhere outside of the roped-off spectator viewing area.\nK. REFUELING:Anyone refueling in the paddock must use a drip pan to catch spilled fuel. Any fuel spills o n pit road must be immediately diluted with Cold Fire. Offenders will be held liable for all damages and may be ejected.\nL. COMBUSTIBLE MATERIA LS:All oxygen\, acetylene\, propane and other pressurized cylinders with combustible gas must be securely fastened to a carrier.\nM. SMOKING:Smo king in any NCMMSP building is strictly forbidden. Please place all exti nguished cigarettes in the receptacles provided. Smoking is not permitte d inside the “hot” fence of the track or on pit lane.  Smoking is not pe rmitted in the vicinity of any vehicle that is being fueled.\n \nPADDOCK INFORMATION\nA. ROADS:Vehicles may not be placed onto jack stands nor m ay they be serviced on the paddock roads\, Fire Lanes in each Paddock mu st always remain clear\, including extension cords. The off-road areas w ithin NCMMSP are not authorized for use without prior written approval o f NCMMSP.\nB. STOP SIGNS:Paddock “STOP and LOOK” signs must be obeyed at all times. Fines will be levied against anyone who does not comply with these and other posted signs. All vehicles must stop at the gate house entry point and at any location where security personnel are posted.  Re peated failure to follow appropriate posted “STOP and LOOK” signs shall be considered grounds for removal of the driver and vehicle from the fac ility and the imposition of a ban of future access to the Facility.\nC. SPEED LIMITS:Speed limit in the Paddock is 15 mph. Speed limit on access roads is 25 mph. Fines will be levied against anyone who is deemed to b e driving or riding any vehicle in an unsafe manner or at a speed consid ered by NCMMSP to be in excess of the speed limit.  Repeated failure to follow appropriate posted speed limits shall be considered grounds for r emoval of the driver and vehicle from the Facility and the imposition of a ban of future access to the Facility.  \nD. IMPAIRED DRIVING/RIDING:N o vehicles shall be driven or ridden on any NCMMSP property by any perso n who is under the influence of alcohol or drugs. NCMMSP reserves the ri ght to remove any person who is in violation of this rule from the Facil ity for the duration of the Event and to forbid such person’s attendance at future events.   \nE. RIGHT of WAY:Non-racing vehicle will yield the right of way to any Race Vehicle at all times on NCMMSP property.\n \nP ADDOCK VEHICLES:\nA. OPERATING HOURS:All off-road vehicles including bic ycles\, ATVs and golf carts may only be operated during daylight hours. Other than registered street vehicles coming or going from the facility\ , vehicles must be\, “parked at dark.”\nB. AGE LIMITS:No one under 16 ye ars of age may operate a car or motorcycle anywhere on NCMMSP premises w ithout NCMMSP’s prior written approval. In addition\, anyone operating a car or motorcycle shall have a valid operator’s license and liability i nsurance\, as required by Kentucky law. There may be special exceptions to this rule for licensed racers.\nChildren are strongly discouraged fro m riding bikes\, roller blades\, skates\, skateboards and scooters in th e Paddock during hot track hours. Children may be permitted to ride them at the end of the day if they do so safely. Children may ride them on t he Skid Pad if it is not being used during the day.  \nC. GOLF CARTS: \n D. OFF-ROAD VEHICLES:ATVs\, golf carts and other off-road vehicles must have lights and mini-bikes must have a minimum seat height of 21 inches and must follow all guidelines below:\n1.The vehicle shall be operated i n compliance with the vehicle manufacturer’s operating instructions and/ or industry standards\, including those regarding riding/driving positio n and number of passengers.\n2.The operator hereby assumes full responsi bility for and assumes the risk of any bodily injury\, death or property damage arising out of or related to the use of said vehicles\, whether caused by the negligence of owner and/or their operators\, NCMMSP\, off- road vehicle operators or otherwise.\n3.All operators of said vehicles s hall be at least 16 years old\, have a valid state-required driving lice nse and carry adequate general liability insurance applicable to the ope ration of their off-road vehicles and that all operators shall provide s uch license\, proof of insurance and other applicable credentials upon t he request of a Racetrack or event official.\n4.Hereby acknowledges that the use of motorized off-road vehicles is dangerous and involves the ri sk of serious injury and/or death and/or property damage.\n5.Agrees that the off-road vehicle will be operated in a responsible manner and accor ding to all additional NCMMSP regulations and instructions including\, b ut not limited to\, posted speed limits\, hours of and allowed locations for operation.\n6.Acknowledges and agrees that unsafe or improper opera tion of the off-road vehicles and/or any violation of regulations and in structions may\, at the sole discretion of NCMMSP\, result in penalties against the owner and/or operator including\, but not limited to\, immed iate impoundment of the off-road vehicle\, loss of track privileges for the day for a first offense\, and for the season for the second offense. \n7. NCMMSP reserves the right to charge a use fee for such vehicles.\n  \nOTHER INFORMATION\nA.
